hotspot user complain disconnect during using. may i know what is the problem?
they suffer internet, but suddenly disconnect, then after few second connect again.

May I know how your users are connected through. I mean wire or wireless?

wireless..the wireless is still connected, but it says limited access, then after few second internet come back.

Have you checked from your end. Connect your system from the hotspot switch and check whether you also got disconnection then the problem is from your server or hotspot interface. If you not disconnected then the problem is with wireless access point. By the way may i know which type of CPE and access points are using?

All are using UBNT, UBNT M5, TOUGHSwitch POE Pro, Unifi AP-LR.
