Hotspot User Daily Limit

Dear All,

I have a query, I am going to make Hotspot without Trial user. I am making normal users with 1 GB limit. But I want this limit to be daily and reset after 24 hours. How can I achieve that? I know how to that with trial user.
Can I do this without Usermanager ?

Moreover, I also want to know if I give the limit to user of 1GB data using hotspot or the usermanager (that is to be decided as yet), will that be for the Internet or for the LAN also ?
