Hotspot - user logged out: lost dhcp lease

So, I’m running into this problem again where hotspot users are getting logged out due to a lost lease. This has been a problem on and off for some time now. At one point, in the 2.9 version it was mostly resolved. Here’s an old post on the same topic: http://forum.mikrotik.com/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=9101&start=0

Now, on version 3.30 running on a RB1000, this is a big problem again. Users are randomly getting logged out with the error: “logged out: lost dhcp lease” and have to re-login frequently. It’s not everyone and not all of the time for those it affects, and seems hard to reproduce. It’s exactly what was happing in earlier 2.9 versions though and a huge show stopper for the MT gateway solution.

Is anyone else having this problem? Any fixes in the pipeline for 3.x or 4.x to resolve this?

Thanks.

Yes… we got the same problem and no clue to fix the problem yet.

When the user got lost dhcp lease, the username still logged in and he/she can not re log in untill the hotspot log him/her out automatically.

So far only one of our clients having this problem.
