At the moment the mikrotik is behind another firewall and this only have port 80 8291 and 21 open. I need to open another?

User-Manager uses the same port as RouterOS web-page, check that www service is enabled on ‘ip service’ menu.
Use 'http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/userman,
make sure that used address on the User Manager is accessible from the network of your PC.

i m sudhir and workng on mikrotik 2.9.39 i want to upgrade lincence software id.
actually i have mikrotik 2.9.39 and licence software-id is CAZD-JIT
I guess you need higher license level for the current router. New license should be purchased for current software-id, if you need to use another license level.
