HotSpot User name basis login

Hi team;

I am very new to Mikrotik ; I am using the basic version of Router; i would like to setup the hotspot; authication base on the local user name which was created in the router itself.

  1. hotspot setup done;
    2.Server profile configured with Cookie;HTTPCHAP( if you any other best method for server profile configuration please suggest; I dont want raiud login method)
    3.users : users has been cretaed
    Now i need to restrick the users to login in only one device; how to do that?
