i have configure hotspot with MikroTik 2.8.19 & succeeding with dhcp-pool method.
i have tried to configure user-profile with filter incoming/outgoing but not yet succeeded (i add a new profile).
can someone help me please?

have you specified that newly created profile’s name for the user under ‘/ip hotspot user’?
