It would be nice in some cases to configure more in hotspot user profiles:
for example:
queue bursts, not only ul/dl limit
time rules
cir, not only mir
…
generally - interface could be more flexible…

What time do you want to configure for the entire HotSpot profile ?
Yes, rate-limit lets you set pretty much everything queue wise.
However I’d like a upload/download MB limit. Ie trial user profile permitting 50MByte download quota.

I did not know about this expanded formula. I only used tx/rx limit.
Time rules - I mean different day, night or weekday profiles (whole bandwidth settings).
I also try and cannot do it correctly yet - automatically create NAT rule when user log in for each user in profile and inform him about it (which external adress or port is assigned for him) with popup login window. This rule must be of course “dynamic” - until user log off.
Bandwidth rule could be also depended on amount of data transfer - I want to implement daily or weekly or monthly limit “full speed” and then assign different bandwidth for user (in profile), but not block them (like now). counters must reset themeselves. Such counter could be also configured to run only on certain time bandwidth rules… etc.
And one more simply thing - is there any way to let user change hotspot password himself?
There are some simply featuers, which make hotspot more flexible.
