Hotspot Username and Password

Hi,

In Microtik router, Can we create one username for hotspot and this user can log in multiple devices?

and I want username and password is not case sensitive.

Please help to give detail step on how to do this.

hi,
username and password is not case sensitive. this is not possible in mikrotik till now
