I have a rb1200 mikrotik router with a customer base of between 150-250 customers browsing concurrently. Of recent they are getting logged off while browsing, I tried increasing the Idle Timeout to 15mins but it didn’t resolve it.
Can anyone advice on the next step to carry out.
