Some users are logged out automatically even though the DHCP lease set at 100days and the idle timout is never.
There is another thread in the archives that talks about this problem being resolved back in v2.9.27 but I am now seeing it again in v3.9
Can anyone shed any light on this?
do you mean by? when you connect to any mikrotik server/hotspot then you get disconnected while connecting or what? please be specific 
More info:
We have rOS v3.9 running as a hotspot. We have the DHCP lease set for 100 days, Idle timeout set to never and keepalive timeout set to never. The users should never be logged out until the session-timeout is reached but sometimes users are logged out prior to this.
The message in the logs when they are logged out is:
username (10.6.40.5): logged out: lost dhcp lease
Any info would be appreciated.
I anyone else having this problem and seeing the same log entry?
