Wanting to see if anyone else has ran into this issue.
I have User Manager authenticating Hotspot users and COA working to disconnect users and change active Profiles for bandwidth limits.
The limits in my Profiles are only to limit the bandwidth of users (20mbps, 50mbps, etc…).
The problem I am having is that I can only change the active profile once successfully - say the user is initially added as a 20meg customer, once the customer is logged in I can add the 50meg Profile to the user and activate it with COA successfully changing the users Queue to a 50meg Queue, however - if I try to change user back to 20meg I see the following information in the Hotspot routers log and nothing happens: trying to update via Radius CoA. No additional errors or information.
