hotspot walled garden - doesn't work - help

Hello ,
I have configurate a hotspot system on my router WiFi 192.168.1.25/24 and ethernet1 is 10.0.0.1
I have connected a camera to it with the address 10.0.0.200
but I can’t reach to the camera , can’t ping to it (wallgarden is open)
from the router I have ping to 10.0.0.200
but when I connect to the hotspot and ping to 10.0.0.200 I get “Destination Net Prohibited”
I have put in the camera setting gateway - 10.0.0.1

I don’t even see any “Hits” in the walled-garden to this address


what could be the problem ?

Use walled-garden IP List and set Dst. Address to 10.0.0.200
