hotspot -> wallgarden can I allow link link-page? and not website?

hello,
wanted to know
can I add in the hotspot wall-garden a website anp open it only 1 page in it?
for example :
http://edition.cnn.com/weather

but not allow the user to go to all CNN if he doesn’t sign-in?
