i have routeros 3.2
ether1 hotspot 10.11.12.1
ether2 adsl internet 192.168.1.100 gw 192.168.1.1
ether3 adsl internet 10.5.50.100 gw 10.5.50.1
ether2 l

when i enable gw only one it ok the hotspot can use internet
But i enable 2 gw the hotspot can’t use internet (after log in hotspot internet can’t use)

Make sure you have got masquerade rule for both WAN interfaces.
i try masquerade for 2 wan interface
BUT it not ok
i try disable hotspot service (ip>hotspot>server>hotspot1)
it work !!! i can use internet with loadbalance but no hotspot service
how to setup loadbalance 2 wan with hotspot ???

..think change my system to Ubuntu it ok
Ubuntu not as easy as mikrotik, but free choice. I run exact same setup as what you want. No problem. If yo run without hotspot, then mikrotik settings should be good. Delete hotspot and run hotspot wizard again with default settings.

i try Delete hotspot run hotspot again and reinstall routeos 2.8, 2.9 , 3.0 ,3.1 , 3.2
this problem is still 
i think maybe routeos have some bug when enable multi gateway with hotspot service
because i enable multi gateway no hotspot service it ok
today i test my routeros
i think routeros DNS have a problem when 2gw+hotspot
ples FIX it routeros admin

I think, it’s bug not in ros but in your head… am I wrong? 
Do you use different service provider for the two wan’s?
