i have MT with LAN interface its running and fine 9 month ago
today i just add wlan interface
i would like to make the wlan interface as hotspot i try to add new hotspot server with same LAN ip address but still not working<–10.5.50.1 and i make the wlan 10.5.50.2
not working
i tried diffrent ip address 10.5.70.1 still i can even ping the router like the 10.5.50.2 <— NO Ping NO redirect to the logong page
i go to /ip hotspot and disbale the new server(wlan ) that i just create then it works i can ping also i can log my username but no browing
i know its very hard but i need your help guys
IS there any addtional configuration for the wlan interface???
The best thing to try would be to run the hotspot setup wizard, it sets everything up for you and it’s very easy. Just select your WLAN interface as the hotspot interface and you should be fine. It might also be a good idea to keep your WLAN interface and network on a separate IP range to your ethernet network.
