Im using ROS 4.3 on RB 450. On ether2 interface running hotspot.
I was trying to split network behind hotspot interface into different subnet but without success …
internet ----RB450 ------- RB433-wlan1
internet-----192.168.0.1–ethernet–192.168.0.2 – interface wlan1 192.168.1.1
I was add static route for network 192.168.1.0 into RB450
and RB433 have all 3 etehernet port in bridge (192.168.0.2) and default gateway , DNS is 192.168.0.1 …
And this is not working … from RB 450 even I cant ping 192.168.1.1.
Is this is normal behavior ?

Im asking all this because specific acting of hotspot …
For example cannot connect winbox on ether2 where is running hotspot (only on different interface which IP is in walled garden) ,also RB450 cannot ping any host in network 192.168.3.0 only ARP ping work … Im think that this is normal … so when I ask why this example not work Im suspicious that this is also normal …
