Lost of options and things are possible with a hotspot. Here are the manuals to get you started.

If you open WinBox and go to IP → Hotspot, and under the server profile tab, there will be a “Hotspot Setup” button. That will guide you and take care of most of the configuration for you and get it at least functioning with people able to sign in using local authentication with the default login page.

The only thing that won’t be covered by the script, is that according to your diagram ether2-ether5 have APs or something else plugged into them. The question is, do you just want one of those interfaces to run a hotspot, or all of them to share the same one? If you want all of the interfaces to share the hotspot, you have two choices, use the switch chip (set the master-port option on the Ethernet interfaces to put them on the switch chip) or bridge all of the interfaces together in software.

Past that you’ll need to read up on the manuals and give more specifics of your goals for the network in order to get more specific help.

Not sure if you got it setup but this may help you or anyone else looking to set it up.
Do your own search and you will find a lot of useful video tutorials.
