How block traffic from OS Windows

Hi,

We need block all network traffic when come from windows workstations (only linux is authorized). I search but dont find anything about that. My question is:
I can create a rule to deny access if is a windows machine in mikrotik?

Simple creating VLANs for all different PCs odr Workstations and
then mange this for each VLAN (IP subnet or broadcast)

This would be better to catch them all
