how can i access my router by mac address through another router wireless

mac telenet.

have the wirless in wds mode, to go stight trough with winbox (or mac telenet).

Or you can first mac telenet to firstdevice. then to second.

Its also possible to do eoip, l2tp, mpls/vpls etc.

Also remember to mac telenet to correct mac address. Try the one provided in neighbors

but i do not want to access through mac telnet i need to access the router through winbox directy by mac address instead of ip address

then you need bridge - wds. ( or eoipe etc). The point is to get a l2 connection between 2 devices. Its not possible to do mac telnet after a gateway (then you must use eoip-vpls-l2tp or something like that)
