How can I change remote client Station( I mean i want change client diffirent Access Point )

Hello

I have 4 access point. and i have 20-30 client. a client locked AP1.

I can access remote all AP1-4 access point’s and clients

I want remote transfer client. another Access Points via remote access(winbox)

How can i do ?

Example :
Client1 > AP1
Client1 > AP2
Access Point Names :
1- AP1
2- AP2
3- AP3
4- AP4
