I think what he meant is that…how to block web advertisements through FIREWALL RULES. And place custom ADS on it.
He then needs a content filter which will block the ads. Adding his own ads is a feature of his website surely?

The best and most simple thing that i can tell you to do is that…turn on proxy and create an ACCESS LIST and add all the ADDRESSES that you want to block..and show your PAGE when ever they are opned…SIMPLE…
You can do this, but it’s a real pain in the @ss.
That’s why you really want to subscribe to a database which is updated regularly.
