How can I do to free my Mikrotik router from a black list?

Hello everybody! I hope you’re fine, I discoverd that my router was in blacklist, because I have a intrusion time ago, they put a script to send spam. the thing is that my router was listed and still in Blacklist.
thanks for the help!

It’s not MT guilty but IP is banned. Ask ISP for different IP or check how to ask blacklisting organization for whitelisting

Bartoz is bang on, there is nothing here that has anything do to with mikrotik in terms of removing listing and thus your post here is strange.
The MT is not the problem, you are the problem. Why did you not google. (remove my public IP from blacklisting)

That aside, a RELEVANT forum question and discussion would be focused on what exactly you have done on the MT
a. to allow such an intrusion ( putting a script on your router tells me your config was phucked from a security perspective)
b. to address the hacking (did you netinsall new firmware?)
c. to prevent future hacking. (did you make a config that is now actually secure or still full of holes).

Thanks very much, sorry for the question. If there any firewall rule that recomend to a RB951G-2HnD ?

No worries, read my post again,
You need to provide answers to the three discussion points.

a. post the config that was bad.
b. netinstall to latest firmware say either 6.49.6 long term stable, or 7.6 stable ( version 7 allows wireguard which is easy and safe to be able to configure router remotely )
c. post your new config

EDIT: as Rextended has emphasized. Start a config from scratch dont copy everything over…

/export file=anynameyouwish ( minus router serial number and any public WANIP information ( wanip, or ISP gateway IP etc…))

For point b. read para H. - https://forum.mikrotik.com/viewtopic.php?t=182373

Once you have the new firmware installed, we can advise on specifics.
Adding a network diagram helps show us the context of the config.

DO NOT RESTORE YOUR CONFIG FROM .backup (and do not keep old configuration with the netinstall option) AFTER YOU NETINSTALL THE DEVICE!!!
