How can I enable 10 G speed in SwOS on switch CRS305-1G-4S+IN

Dear,

I have a switch CRS305-1G-4S+IN.
I can enable 10 Gbps connection with my NAS when I disabled “Auto Negotiation” and manual set 10Gbps in RouterOS.
But, when I try to disable “Auto Negotiation” in SwOS I cannot find 10G oprion in speed options.

Could you please help me to enable 10G speed in SwOS.

PS: When “Auto Negotiation” is enabled, the connection doesn’t work in SwOS. Manual choose speed is only way.

Make sure you have configured auto speed in your NAS as well!
You should never use fixed settings at one end and static settings at the other end.

But everything is fine when I used “Auto Negotiation” in RouterOS.
If I changed to SwOS, whatever “Auto Negotiation” or not it doesn’t work. Is it means SwOS is not support 10 Gbps?
