How can I enter as a neighbor?

Hello community, good afternoon, I would like you to help me with a question. At my work they install in the following way: GPON - MIKROTIK

The problem is the following when they make the connection from the gpon to the mikrotik on port 1 of the mikrotik. If I can see it through a neighbor but it does not allow me to enter, I would understand that it is because of the restrictions it has, which is why they make the connection in the mikrotik eth2.

Is there a way to enter the Mikrotik while connected to ETH1?

It’s the firewall setup and mac-server setup, both by default rely on interface list membership. And it’s extremely dangerous to allow access to router via usual intetnet so it’s blocked by default. If you know better, you can easily change it.
