I am unsure of the right way or the best way to get 8 MT ROSv5 devices with 3G WAN/internet connections monitored. I have the Dude running on a Win7 device, but I am not familiar with how to gain access or monitor the MT devices as the IP changes every time they are turned off/on or drop connection while traveling. Anyone have a simple solution I can try to get to work?
I don’t have any of the gear you are using but I would imagine you could setup a VPN on each RB that tries to auto connect to home every time there is a network available. Since the VPN address will not be changing you should be able to use that as the monitored address…

Never thought of that, good Idea… Now that will take a more powerful board than the RB153 I have now, but I should be good to test it with two devices and then maybe pick up a 750G or setup a PC to handle more. Now to figure out how to setup the VPN, thanks.
