How can I retrieve the level 4 license?

Hi,
first I bought a RB411 L3, then I have purchased a L4 license for it (I have not kept the SOFT-ID).

Now the RB411 is damaged, I can not access because ethernet doesn’t works, but RB411 start.

I have’nt yet used NetInstall via RS232, then I do’nt know if I can pick the card’s SOFT-ID,
can you help me?

When you use Netinstall on a RouterBOARD, SoftID NEVER changes. You can safely reinstall and use the same key
