how can i see how many emails are send out per ap ?

hi,

i get blocked by my upstream service provider if more than a certain amount of emails are send out via my connection to them.

how can i see how many emails are send out per hour or day via each AP tower?

i tried using mangle with logging port 25 but i get A LOT of logs just by sending out one email.

is it possible to email the answer via the tower to my desktop?
