i’m using DHCB to pass users on hotspot and i wish found a way to show a page to every users when they open any browser

If a user opens the guest wireless access they see a web disclaimer? - is this what you want?
Search sourceforge for hotspot GPL or something like that. MikroTik may be able to do it inside their AP, I don’t know.
