i have compact flash with Router OS 2.9.44 ,i want to upgrade my system to 3rc14
so how can i upgrade my system?i try to upgrade but ı can not.
pls tell me i m very thankful to u.

you should upload files through FTP (on a running router) and then update, if this fails, you can try to get latest 2.9 version. Or other viable obtion is to use netinstall.
please see manual on how to upgrade for precise instructions
also, you might have problems with 3.0rc14 as this version have not been released yet.
