How can I use a thrid party payment system to generate a voucher from Usermanger and send to an email for hotspot client

I am setting up a new Hotspot Business and I want my customers to be able to pay for their vouchers online from my website and receive it via email using Microtel User manager. Please can someone help me to solve this puzzle.
