how can use 0.0.0.0 as local address of PPPOE Server?

I saw a pppoe network, used 0.0.0.0 as local PPPOE server address :open_mouth: , but i don’t know the PPPOE Server is on a Mikrotik ROS or not.
is this possible on RouterOS?
