I have a RB 433UAH and modem Huawei E173 of H3G
In the System port i have only serial port 0
How i can configure the modem and use it on my lan ?

add PPP interface with details refering to your cellphone provider and connect the PPP to your selected port (port0?)
Could be that you have to add data channel en info channel, but since i don’t have this equipment i can not test that.

Modem is switched to wrong mode, that’s why it is not recognized by RouterOS.
Plug your 3G modem to Windows or other OS and run AT command to switch it to
correct mode,
AT^U2DIAG=1
http://3g-modem.wetpaint.com/page/Huawei+AT-commands
After command will be applied, modem will be recognized in RouterOS v5.12
