Hello. I’m having trouble escaping the traffic of my local web server from the simple queue service. I use a CCR with version 6.38.5, with HotSpot, Radius auth and Webproxy.
I’ve tried several tutorials using package markup, queue tree, simple queue, unsuccessful, simple queues work only if I clear the traffic altogether, if I set some package, source addres and or interface does not work.
It’s possible the web proxy is messing with you. How terrible is your bandwidth? Web proxy doesn’t help a ton in today’s Internet. A single streaming video that can’t be cached is far more detrimental than loading an image from a proxy-cache. Unless you have total bottom of the barrel bandwidth you’ll likely induce more problems with a proxy than without.
For testing purposes take the proxy out of the picture and filter your queues to exclude traffic destined for RFC1918 space or only apply to traffic egressing via your WAN interfaces. Also posting your config will help greatly.
