How can I change the default WAN port from interface 1 to 5 because my source is nano-bridge needs PoE and it is DHCP configuration

Easily. Set everything that applies to ether1 newly to ether5. And vice versa.

Thank you, but i cant make the interface 5 as DHCP or PPPOE WAN

It is possible that in your device this ETH5 is part of the switch configuration. In this case, first enter the “/interface ethernet” menu and remove the “parrent port” setting, then interface will become independent and will be available for DHCP
