IIG 15MB, GGC 20MB, FNA 20MB & BdiX 20MB bandwidth.
Now how do I create this package for users 5mbps, 10mbps and 15 mbps ??

The forum is not a correct way to start and manage one new ISP.
Hire a consulent for that or do some courses.
