Pls very urgent
How do i reconfigure my routerOs after upgrading from v2.9.46 to v3.11 to work with usermanager v3.11? Everything restored but keep geting the message “radius server not responding” Help needed urgently if you have an idea pls.
this is a famous question these days because of v3.x problems.
- go to http://www.mikrotik.com/download.html
- choose Intel/AMD PC
- uder the “RouterOS 2.9.51” download the “All packages” and extract the file into a folder
- open winbox > Files . drag and drop files that you extracted in stage 3 to “files” in winbox
- in winbox go to System > Packages and click “Downgrade” button at top right.
- reboot
done.

I have been able to install userman v3.11 but still having problem with proxy and hotspot. The proxy seems to be blocking the hotspot from loading. users get “Errr:Not Found” message from the Http Proixy. The proxy setting is ok and the hotspot is ok, but i cant do anything. Only Local PPPoE customers are working!
