How do i get my license back from a crash hard disk

I install Mikrotic on an hard disk but the hard disk got bad and could not load Mikrotik OS again.

I changed to another hard disk and I’ve lost my license.

My Senior brother order for another license for me with their company computer with a diffrent IP address bit with the software id mikrotik gave me when I finished the installation of the new hard disk.

I tried to copy/paste the new license in the console/telnet window is not working. “Wrong License Key” using the Winbox is not working. I need help urgently as my router will stop working in about 12 hours.

you have to contact support and get a new license from them
