Hi all.
My MK radios are setup to send syslogs to a central collector. They are all P-t-P links.
Twice or thrice a day from one single radio I can see this entry:
Mar 27 15:05:59 radio5.xxxxxx.xxx air0: data from unknown device D4:CA:C0:A8:0A:02, sent deauth
How should I interpret this one?
device with MAC D4:CA:C0:A8:0A:02 had successfully logged in (right key) but was refused because not in the ACL?
OR
device with MAC D4:CA:C0:A8:0A:02 was refused BEFORE it attempted any login (since not in the ACL)?
Of course I’d love the latter one… but I want to be sure.
No log entries “around” this one log entry from radio5 to enlighten me
