How do I Purchase prepaid licenses

I worked with a vendor who gave me a couple of prepaid licenses for Mikrotik. When I would log in, I saw the licenses as prepaid and have since used them. I would like to prepay for a few more as the convinence of using them is very simple. I cannot seem to figure out how to prepay for licenses without entering in a SoftId. Anyone know how to do this?
