how do i use download limit to track my client hotspot usage

Hi,
Can someone help me pls. I just started hotspot biz. How do I restrict my client by using DOWNLOAD LIMIT using user manager.
for example I wan a user that purchase 50hours ticket to have 30days validity for the ticket and 200mb download limit, How do i achieve this ?

Add user with uptime-limit=50h, download-limit=200000000 and assign credit to it, having credit-time=30d

please can you tell me the formular to the calculation I have look for the formulars online but it seems confusing some says 1M=1024byet and so on.
How do I get the accurate formular.
