How do you route only certain data over VPN

Hi there,
I’ve got a PPPtP tunnel setup but I need to route only information going to one of my servers (say 8.7.5.5) over it, whilst the remainder of all the other traffic flows as normal.

It is called policy routing. You can look for config example sin the wiki:

Using the wiki - I can’t seem to get the only the radius traffic to route. I can get all the traffic to go down the VPN.

Can someone help me out with the rules please?

e.g
hotspot network is 10.5.50.0/24
radius public ip is 8.7.5.5
Local WAN - is dynamic IP addressing.
