How enable PoE-out on Microtik RB1100AHx4 ?

Hi!
We bought Microtik RB1100AHx4, the supplier assured that this model supports PoE. But we can not include POE-out power for IP telephony.
How can this be done?

You should check the specifications first. This model does not have poe out option at all.
