how i block some sites and allow somw sites

hello
i cant speak english very well but i need help
i have a two profile
profile one = Mangers
profile two= users

i need to block all sites in users profile exception -example- www.msn.com
what can i do

I think the best way is to use dynamic address lists asociated with the profiles, and then allow or block site to that address lists in firewall.
