How i can create queue tree for 2 links dsl ?

hi all,

i have 2 links dsl ( 4M+4M=8M), and there is no post talk about how to create queue tree for 2 links dsl, just all they talk about 1 link dsl.

is there anyone can help me in creating queue tree for 2 links dsl PLZ?
