how i can reduce load on mikrotik when using streaming video

I have project about streaming video,i am using mikrotik CCR1036 12G-4S

i want reduce load on network to avoid lags or heavy response from server,what is best way to reduce load on network??

and do not going big packets out network??

That router should be able to pass 20gbps without slowing down.

You should enable FastTrack on the video connections.
