The published API was introduced in RouterOS 3. 2.9.x does not support the API. Sorry, but you will have to upgrade. Unless you are pirating the software, I can’t fathom why you would want to stick with such an ancient version of RouterOS anyway. Buy a copy of RouterOS 6 and upgrade.
