How it's possible to hide a RB from neighbours

Hi, I’ve searched but didn’t find anything about.
It’s possible to setup some RB to disable their discovering on neighbours list?

Look in: IP->Neighbors->Discovery Settings
And lists are defined in: Interfaces->Interfaces List
