Ok first I would like to say that this will be my first script. 
I think I can do this by looking at some of the othe peoples post under scripting.
I am not running hotspot.
this will be fixed wireless with mikrotik cpe and ap
I want the script to monitor ther band width as soon as they hit 500 meg I want it to apply a bandwidth limit on them til the 4 hour window is up then it lets them have back there normal internet speed. rests itself ever 4 hours.
normal limit 10 meg down
256 up
limited internet 1.5 down
128 up
My isp is growing and the customers are starting to complain about boging and slow downs. If this is not the correct approach I am open to ideas. thanks in advance for help you give.
