How long does it take for MT tech support to respond?
I created a request a month ago but still no response.
They are usually really good about responding in one or two work days.
And what should I do? Create a ticket again?

What are you trying to achieve here? You have lots of similar tickets already open, why are you making duplicates? This just slows down the response time, as people need to sort through all your tickets and find our what you are asking. Don’t do this. Please wait for the rest of your tickets to be dealt with.

with all the crappy postings you made in the forum,
and have notice you do not like helping other,
you do not like cooperate,

MikroTik assistance dislike you, doesn’t consider you anymore,
especially from when you wrote that “they should disappear from the market”.
You wrote than also you solved the problems with other vendor devices, so what are you worried about?
It’s your time to “disappear” from the forum, if you dislike so much RouterOS & Co.
