our routers just got hacked, and the hacker change interval time for unknown max time. as owner who can’t access the router to know the time interval, it’s hard to reset the routerboard. and unable to fix the router. any solution?

Thats too bad. Newer firmewares from what I understand come default so that is not possible unless you are physically located at the router.
